Welcome to Weddings by Elite Experience. By accessing our website or engaging our planning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting an enquiry or entering into a service agreement with us.
Weddings by Elite Experience provides bespoke luxury wedding planning, destination coordination, and related celebration services. All services are subject to availability, scope of work, and a signed proposal or contract between the client and our planning team.
Information submitted through our website enquiry form is used solely to assess your requirements and arrange a private consultation. Submitting an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking or contractual obligation on either party.
Service fees, timelines, deliverables, and payment schedules are defined in your formal proposal or contract. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed deposit and signed agreement. Dates and vendor holds cannot be guaranteed until confirmation is complete.
Clients agree to provide accurate event details, timely decisions, and necessary approvals so that planning may proceed without delay. Delays in client feedback may affect timelines, vendor availability, and final deliverables.
We curate and coordinate with independent venues, florists, caterers, photographers, and other vendors. While we exercise professional care in our recommendations, third-party services remain subject to those providers' own terms, pricing, and performance.
Cancellation terms, rescheduling policies, and refund eligibility are outlined in your signed service agreement. Deposits and planning fees may be non-refundable depending on the stage of work completed at the time of cancellation.
All website content, branding, design concepts, planning documents, and creative materials produced by Weddings by Elite Experience remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weddings by Elite Experience shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including vendor failure, travel disruption, or force majeure circumstances.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, unless otherwise stated in a signed client agreement.
